While serving as President and Group CEO of Sapura Group, Tan Sri Shahril gained diverse experience across many industries, with EY naming him Malaysia’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2009. Tan Sri Shahril is a member of the WEF’s ASEAN Strategy Group, and the Asian Executive Board of MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He was also appointed as Chairman of the Malaysian National Applied Research and Development Centre (MIMOS) in 2020.
Dato’ Dr. Balan’s rich professional career includes a number of contributions to the healthcare field, having taken on roles such as Advisor and Clinical Coordinator for State Anaesthetic and Intensive Care Services in Johor, Vice Chairman of Hospital Operating Services at Sultan Aminah Hospital Johor Bahru, and as a Faculty Member of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care at Monash Medical College.
Abhishek brings his experience and knowledge from his time consulting start-ups and multinationals in the UK and Malaysia to grow RING into a regional player. Abhishek holds an MSc in Management (International Business and Strategy) from the London School of Economics.
Francesca specialises in healthcare research, with extensive experience in the use of statistical research and machine learning in the field of Biological Sciences. Her further experiences in national marketing campaigns combines research with industry needs. Francesca holds a Masters in Genetics from University College London.
